This is a classic “Tour De Roundwood” loop heading north initilally past the mountain bike trail centre at Ballinastoe.

You cross over the R755 at the the Turquoise Café and then go south through Ballyduff, Moneystown and Garryduff crossroad.

The route then heads west to Cronybyrne and the upper Claravale road to reach Laragh village.

The return to Roundwood avoids the R755 by using a scenic and somewhat undulating route via Oldbridge.
