Bus Route 183 (Local Link):
The 183 LocalLink bus services runs four times per day connecting South Coast of Wicklow to West Wicklow over the Wicklow Gap. The bus services the following locations: Arklow, Avoca, Rathdrum, Wicklow Town, Ashford, Roundwood, Laragh/Glendalough, Wicklow Gap, Valleymount, Blessington, Naas, Sallins (Train Station)This service is ideal to link Glendalough to walkers along the St Kevin’s Way, or linking to the Blessington Greenway

Bus Route 133 (Bus Eireann): Dublin Airport to Wicklow Town (via Dublin City Centre, Bray, Newtownmountkennedy and Ashford)

Bus Route 133x (Bus Eireann): Wicklow Town to Arklow (via Glenealy, Avoca Village, and Woodenbridge)

Bus Route 800 (Local Link): Arklow, Woodenbridge, Aughrim, Tinahely, Shillelagh
The 800 Arklow to Carlow route is running 7 days a week, 4 times a day Monday to Friday, and 3 times per day on Saturdays and Sunday. Bus Route 144 (Finnegan Bray): Bray Dart Station to Southern Cross.

Route 185 (Dublin Bus): Bray to Enniskerry (via Palermo).

Bus Route 132 (Bus Eireann): Dublin Busaras to Shillelagh (via Blessington, Baltinglass, and Tinahealy).

Bus Route 702 (Aircoach): Dublin Airport to Greystones (via Ballsbridge, Cabinteely, Bray).

Bus Route 143 (Finnegan Bray): Sandyford Luas Stop to Southern Cross in Bray (via Bray Dart, Bray Main Street).
This route travels six times a day and does not run on weekends or bank holidays.
Night Bus (Finnegan Bray): Dublin City Centre to Greystones (via Bray).
Finnegans’ provide a night bus service that travels from Dublin City Centre to Bray leaving at 1am from O’Connells street and a 3am service that follows the same route but extends to Greystones, Charlesland, Kilcoole, and finally Delgany. Dublin to Glendalough Bus Route (St Kevin’s Bus Services): St Stephens’ Green to Glendalough (via Roundwood and Laragh).

Bus Route 740A (Wexford Bus): Dublin Airport to Arklow (via Rathnew, Wicklow Town, and Jack Whites).

Bus Route 145 (Dublin Bus). Heuston Station to Ballywaltrim, Bray (via Dublin City Centre, Shankill, Bray Town Centre).

Bus Route 65 (Dublin Bus). Dublin City Centre to Blessington (via Rathmines and Tallaght).

Bus Route 84a (Dublin Bus). Blackrock to Newcastle, Co. Wicklow (via Bray, Greystones, and Kilcoole).

Bus Route 84x (Dublin Bus). Dublin City Centre to Newcastle Co. Wicklow (via Southern Cross and Greystones).

Train Intercity to Rosslare Europort (Irish Rail): Connolly Station to Arklow (via Bray, Greystones, Kilcoole, Wicklow Town, Rathdrum, and Arklow).
One of the best ways to travel to County Wicklow is by train. There are five trains a day that travel from Dublin’s Connolly Station on this route but this is reduced to three trains a day on the weekends. DART (Irish Rail): Dublin City Centre to Greystones (via Bray).
The DART connects Dublin city and its southeast suburbs to Wicklow’s coastal towns of Bray and Greystones. This train goes regularly typically every 10 minutes to and from Bray and every 30 minutes to and from Greystones. The journey between bray and Greystones is about 15 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to get back into Dublin city centre from Bray. For more see https://www.irishrail.ie/
Local Link
The local link provides several services throughout County Wicklow, connecting smaller towns and villages. Some are not always frequent, as some only go on specific days of the month for example the 1413a connects Ashford to Liffey Valley only travels once on the 3rd Thursday of the month but they are very useful resource for seeing areas not catered to by larger bus or train services such as Trooperstown, Donard, or Redcross.
