K2 Cottages are nestled in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. They are central to all the main attractions in Wicklow. K2 Cottages are in the country yet only 50 minutes from Dublin City Centre. K2 cottages overlook the farmyard. The cottages replaced seven seven original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. Granite stone and slates from the original buildings are used in the new cottages. These cottages are in an ideal location to set up base to explore all that Wicklow has to offer. K2 Cottages are on an alpaca farm and is the home to 90 alpacas. The 90 acre farm has multiple walks onsite and views across the Wicklow Mountains and down to the sea. There is an abundance of wildlife on the farm and the farm has planted 100 native Irish trees and bushes to attract further wildlife.

The self catering accommodation comprises of 7 holiday cottages. Two 1 bed cottages which boast a cosy super king size bed with a unique feature of a free standing bathtub in your bedroom. Two 2 bed loft feature cottages with super king bed, 2 single beds with two bathroom ensuites. Two 2 bed cottages with superking bed, two single beds and a shared bathroom. The largest of the cottages called the Forge and a 3 bed cottage which can sleep 6 people in three rooms, one superking size bed with bath tub feature in the bedroom and ensuite, one king size bed and two single beds with shared bathroom.

Each cottage features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with underfloor central heating. They provide all the comforts of Smart TV, WIFI, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. Onsite laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities is also available.

During your stay, you can visit our alpacas who live on the farm and go at feeding time to get up close and personal to these furry lovelies.
