This route starts in the play area in Avondale Forest. The forest is famed for its’ diverse array of tree species. This route lets you explore the Pine trees in the forest, but also encompasses a wide range of tree types such as  Spanish chestnut, redwoods, cedar and larch. Keep an eye out for the squirrels as they jump through the trees.

This is a loop walk and can be walked in either direction.
