This walks starts with a steep climbing up beside the Polanass Waterfall before turn left and gaining a high forest road. From here an easier climb brings you above the valley before dropping back down to the Green Road and return through majestic Oak forests to the car park

Grade: Moderate , the route is marked with orange arrows
Distance: 8km
Estimated time: 2hrs
Total height climbed: 160m
Highest point: 280m
Terrain underfoot: forest road and track.
Suitable for: anyone looking for a longer walk with great views of the valley

Notes:  do not take shortcuts down off the higher track
