Wicklow Wolf was established in late 2014 after the meeting of two likeminded friends with a common interest in good beer. Quincey Fennelly and Simon Lynch both fell in love with craft beer while living in California for many years.

At Wicklow Wolf we are very proud of having our very own 10 acre hop farm located in Roundwood, Co. Wicklow Here, we grow our own hops overlooking the wildering Wicklow forests, mountains, lakes and with an eagle eyed view of the Irish Sea. Setting up a brewery together was always inevitable.

At Wicklow Wolf Brewing Company our main goal is to make beer the best way possible. Running a sustainable brewery and business is a foundation stone to ensure we achieve this goal.

Ever wanted to see inside the belly of the Wolf? Now is your chance. We run scheduled tours every month of our brewery in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Come get a guided tour of our brewhouse and fermentation room, followed by a guided tasting of some of our beers.
