The Lord’s Wood is located just off the N81 on the northern side of Baltinglass. It’s within walking distance of the town (approx.600m) by way of a footpath .

The 2.3 km looped walk in the woods has a small car park (on the Golf Club rd) and any overflow cars can park outside the mart on the main road.

Due to some steep inclines because of the natural terrain, the full loop walk isn’t suitable for wheelchair users .

It’s an oasis of calm and beauty on the outskirts of Baltinglass … why not come and see for yourself. We have adopted a “ leave no trace “ policy so all litter needs to be taken home. A bin for dog  waste (only) is provided in the car park.
