From Tinahely, cycle uphill in a north-easterly direction passing through Ballinglen until you reach the outskirts of Aughrim village.

From here, turn left to head north following the Ow River until a left turn at Ballymanus bridge that then takes you up to Askanagap and Moyne and then into the village of Knockananna.

You then turn south to reach the R747 near Crossbridge and the final short section along the Derry River taking you back to the welcoming town of Tinahely.
