Tonight, Friday 23rd October, at 7pm, RTÉ One Nationwide comes to #wicklow!
The show visits the 'Miners Way', a new 19km hiking trail linking the three valleys of Glendasan, Glendalough and Glenmalure, by way of 10 historical mining sites.
Hear Robbie Carter talk about the explosion in 1957 that changed his life, and from Poet Jane Clarke, as she recites a poemBelmont Demesnebbie's story.
From the grouEcoTrail Wicklowemesne, we will also hear from the EcoTrail Wicklow race team of Paul Mahon and René Borg, who introduce us to the concept of this innovative International Trail Running Event.
Viewers will also see chef Tadgh Byrne cook uKillruddery House and Gardenshes', at the stunning Killruddery House and Gardens.
