Wicklow Town Pump Track

Wicklow Town now boasts an impressive new pump track on The Murrough.

With 230 metres of main track and an extra 50 metres for beginners, The Murrough Pump Track is now the largest of its kind in Ireland, offering a total of 280 linear metres. It’s also the first pump track in the country to feature a dedicated advanced line—built to challenge seasoned riders while still being accessible and fun for beginners and families.

This brand-new Velosolutions pump track is free and open to everyone, providing a safe, year-round space for cyclists, skateboarders, scooter riders, and rollerbladers.

The project was delivered through a collaboration between the Wicklow Town Team, Wicklow Municipal District, and Wicklow County Council, with construction completed by Trailbreaker, a local Roundwood-based company.
