HELL & BACK Junior is a fun and exhilarating 4KM obstacle challenge for national school children aged 8-12 seeking the ultimate outdoor adventure!

​Taking place on Saturday 18th October 2025 and exclusively for children, H&B Junior is ideal for Sports Clubs, Scouts Groups and School Friends!

With Ireland’s Fittest Family also filmed onsite in Killruddery, many of the obstacles on the H&B Junior course are featured on the hugely popular TV show, including Hell on Earth, The Forest, Tyre Zone and the infamous Halfpipe Finish Ramp!

Plus taking place in mid October just before Halloween, why not get all their friends and class mates to sign up too and make it a spooky adventure run to remember!
