The Bray to Greystones Cliff Walk was the winner of the Best Local Attraction at the 2020 Irish Independent Tourism Awards. The ceremony in the Mansion House saw the Wicklow Walk top the polls as Ireland Best Attractions.
“We’re absolutely delighted with the awards” says Fred Verdier, Tourism Officer at Wicklow County Council. “The stunning walk is so easy to access, and yet offers some amazing views over the Irish Sea, Dublin Bay following the incredible engineering feat that is the railway line that runs down the East Coast.”
The seven kilometre walk can be started from either Greystones or Bray. If you feel energetic enough, include a climb to the cross at the top of Bray Head. Enjoy at both ends many food and drinks options.
