DESCRIPTION:Take part in Hell & Back’s spectacular early morning run – and be home in time for breakfast! \nThis instructor-led\, paced 7KM\, where you’ll be put into groups before you start\, depending on your speed\, takes place before daybreak so you’ll experience all the stunning sights and sounds that Killruddery has to offer as the sun rises up over Dublin Bay.  \nChallenge yourself on some of HELL & BACK’s infamous obstacles\, including Hell on Earth\, Heartbreak Ridge\, Valley of Pain and Satan’s Pit\, as seen on Ireland’s Fittest Family TV Show! \nAlternatively\, HELL & BACK Junior is a fun and exhilarating 3KM obstacle challenge for national school children aged 8-12 seeking the ultimate outdoor adventure! \nWith Ireland’s Fittest Family also filmed onsite in Killruddery\, many of the obstacles on the H&B Junior course are featured on the hugely popular TV show\, including Hell on Earth\, Black Pearl\, Tyre Zone and the infamous Halfpipe Finish Ramp! \nMake sure to book in advance for both Hell & Back @ Dawn and Hell & Back Junior! \nFor more information\, visit their website\, Facebook\, & Instagram
