Wicklow Mountains National Park: Art with Eleanor Sunday 10 June 2018
A special day connecting deeply with the beauty of the natural heritage of Glendalough. Participants are asked to bring their own art materials, a packed lunch, raingear and walking shoes.
The day will consist of a gentle 1-2 hour walk within the Glendalough valley, sketching and taking notes. Then we will translate our experience into ‘Works of Art’ !! No previous experience is required.
Where: meet at the Education Centre, Miner’s Road, Upper Lake, Glendalough
When: Sunday 10 June
Time: between 10am to 5pm
Practicalities: This event is suitable for adults and for older children, from 14 years of age up. Please leave your dog at home. This event is free of charge but please be aware that the Upper Lake car park (Wicklow County Council) has a €4 charge for car parking.
