The past is never far behind! Reflect with us on an amazing ancestral lineage here Killruddery that dates back to the 17th century.
Reginald Brabazon was a British philanthropist and politician. Educated at Eton, Brabazon, who would become the 12th Earl of Meath, joined the foreign office as a clerk and later became a diplomat. Genealogist and lecturer, Sean J Murphy, is a graduate of University College Dublin where he also taught for many years. He now runs genealogy courses for the National Library of Ireland. This illuminating talk, also referencing the diaries of the Countess of Meath, will take place in Killruddery’s historic Library. Guests are invited to a complimentary tour of Killruddery House after the lecture.
