HELL & BACK is specifically designed and created by outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit. A tough, compact 7KM (or a 10KM) course, set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, H&B combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery’s famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!
Course Distance: 7KM or 10KM
This may only be 7 kilometres long but packs quite a punch with twice as many man-made obstacles in a compact space, including The Rock of Cashel, Sniper Alley, 2fm Wall and Nightmare on Hell Street.
7km just not enough? We have added an extra 10KM option for those of you who just want that extra few km of mountain 🙂
