Joseph Hooker was one of the most famous botanists and plant collectors of the nineteenth century. He was also Director at Kew Gardens for over twenty years. June 30th marks the bicentenary of his birth and to celebrate this wonderful plantsman’s life, we will run tours with an emphasis on Hooker plants in the Kilmacurragh collection.
