Glendalough Co. Wicklow
Join a National Park Guide and make Christmas cards for the festive season. We will take a stroll around the Upper lake area collecting inspiration from the winter landscape and the species that live in the Wicklow Mountains National Park. Then we will bring our ideas together, in the cosy Education Centre and explore methods for creating Christmas cards and make some samples.
Where: Meet at the Education Centre, Glendalough, Co Wicklow (Eircode A98AP99).
When: Sunday 15th December from 11am to 3pm with a break for lunch. Tea and Coffee will be available.
Duration: approximately 4 hours
Practicalities: This event is free of charge. Suitable for all ages over 7 years. Children need be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Paper and coloured pencils will be provided. But please bring any art materials you may have. Bring a packed lunch and raingear. Please leave your dog at home.
Parking: Please be aware that the Wicklow County Council Upper Lake car park (Eircode A98W778) has a €4 charge for car parking.
