Location: Mid East Wicklow

Description:  Around the ruins of a fine Queen Anne style house lie 52 acres of wild Robinsonian gardens. Began in 1712 and further expanded with the advice of the Directors of the Botanic Gardens in Dublin during the 19th Century. Rare trees and shrubs abound. The arboretum is now being replanted by the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin.

Directions: 3km off N11 Dublin to Wexford Road. Driving south turn right at Beehive Pub.

Open: Winter; November to mid February 9am – 4.30pm,  Summer; mid February to October 9am – 6pm

Admission: Free

Facilities: Mostly Wheelchair Accessible, Toilets, Child Friendly, Pet Friendly (dogs on leads), Guided Tours, Coach Parking
