Wicklow Way Transport Providers

The 131-kilometer-long Wicklow Way winds through some of Ireland’s most beautiful scenery. The route can be begun in either Dublin’s Marlay Park or from Bray.

The trail then ends in either Shillelagh, in or Clonegal, Co. Carlow. Walkers encounter magnificent terrain along the route, which includes mountains, lakes, and woods.

Considering your transportation options is important if you intend to walk the Wicklow Way. There are a variety of transportation providers who provide services along the route, so there are a number of possibilities.

Bray Cabs is a taxi service operating in Bray. They offer occasional services to and from accommodations in Enniskerry. As such, They are a potential option during the first section of the Wicklow Way.

The finishing point for some hikers taking on the sixth stage of the Wicklow Way will either be Shillelagh or Clonegal. Fortunately, these areas are conveniently serviced by a number of transport providers available in both finishing locations.

Wicklow Way Baggage is a luggage transfer service operated by Footfalls Walking Holidays. They operate along all stages of the Wicklow Way with pickups beginning at 08:30 and delivering until 16:30.

The service can transfer your luggage from one accommodation to the next and is a great asset for over encumbered hikers. Wicklow Way Baggage also supplies helpful materials to hikers, such as walking maps and guides.
