The Royal Hotel has other syndicate rooms that can be converted into meeting rooms with a capacity from between 10 – 20 people. Tea and coffee facilities can be provided for at a rate of €2:50 per person, and soup and sandwiches at a rate of €8.00 per person, full, set or buffet menus can also be arranged for delegates. Car parking is available at the rear of the hotel in the Dargle Car Park, however as it is not owned by the hotel therefore delegates will be charged. The conference organiser will receive complementary car parking from the hotel.

The Wedding Concession Package, (160.6kb) which is available for weddings booked in 2009 and 2010, is all inclusive from the welcome bubbly reception, and complementary accommodation for the Bride and Groom to the four course main meal with a glass of wine for each guest, luxury chair covers, floral arrangements and a three month membership for the Bride and Groom for €45.00 per person.
